		<description>I fully support the idea of connecting to the more stable, and very influential parts of the campus; the faculty.  When dealing even at the pre-college level (elementary, middle, high school) the same thing holds true.  For every one Faculty you can reach you have just impacted dozens or hundreds of students... every day that school is in session.  It is hard to think of something else you could invest in that would yield such results.

The problem with this idea (and the one you wrote about yesterday), is that they are difficult.  As you said, most people get into college ministry becaus they love college students... and particularly the disconnected or &quot;seeking&quot; students.  I don&#039;t have much more than anecdotal evidence of my time in college and a few BCMs that I have been at, but I don&#039;t see many professors, athletes, or fraturnity people hanging around.

Color me interested in not just your observations here but your thoughts on what you guys are going to do next :).  Already it seems that you are taking a longer-term view on establishing an ongoing presence within the college community... which can only be a good thing.</description>
