We know from scripture, ie. 1 Timothy 3, that in order to lead in the body our homes must be in order. This is where Christ-like leadership will first manifest itself, as the word says "Husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church...." Leadership starts at ground zero, inspecting ourselves in the mirror of God's word and then leading our family. From that platform we are then able to faithfully lead in the mission God has called us to. I am looking forward to see what you have to say about the different leadership skill sets and how we can be faithful in every context as we should. I am encouraged to see you start with the family.
